Use of the app
Tree Budget is provided for your personal budget-planning use. You may install and use it freely on your devices.
A planning tool, not financial advice
Tree Budget is a cash-flow projection tool. It does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. The balances, interest and payoff dates it computes are estimates based on the amounts you enter; they do not replace the statements from your financial institution. Any decision you make from its projections is your sole responsibility.
Tree Budget Premium
Premium is a one-time purchase, made inside the app through the store you installed it from. There is no subscription. Payment, receipts and refunds are governed by that store's terms.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for any particular situation. You use it at your own risk.
Your data and backups
Because your data is stored locally on your device, keeping and backing it up is your responsibility. We cannot recover a lost budget, since we hold no copy of it.
Intellectual property
Tree Budget and its original content are the property of MFTJ. Using the app grants you no rights to them.
Changes
These terms may change over time. The version that applies is the one posted on this page as of the date shown above.
